HNB Services is proud to support Prime IV Hydration & Wellness with a new tenant fit-out at the River Hill Shopping Center in Clarksville, MD. This project showcases our ability to deliver high-quality interior build-outs that align with the brand’s refined, spa-like aesthetic while meeting the unique operational needs of a wellness-focused environment.
From early site coordination through final project turnover, our team managed every detail of the construction process. The space was transformed into a clean, calming, and functional clinic environment featuring precise layout execution, specialty finishes, and MEP configurations tailored to Prime IV’s service offerings. Throughout the project, we ensured compliance with all local building codes, landlord standards, and timeline expectations, resulting in a seamless fit-out that supports Prime IV’s continued growth in the region.
Scope of Work
Selective interior demolition and preparation of the existing space for new construction
Construction of new partition walls, private infusion rooms, and an ADA-compliant restroom
Installation of ACT ceilings, new wall assemblies with in-wall insulation, and FRP wainscot per plan
Comprehensive electrical installation, including power distribution, lighting layout, equipment circuits, and low-voltage rough-in
HVAC modifications and system balancing, with new ductwork and diffuser adjustments to support comfort and air quality
Plumbing installation for sinks, hydration stations, and restroom fixtures connected to existing building stub-ins
Concrete trenching and pour-back for new plumbing lines, including doweling and vapor barrier
Millwork fabrication and installation, including a solid-surface reception countertop and custom blocking
Application of high-quality interior finishes, including wallcovering at designated accent areas
Installation of owner-supplied doors, frames, hardware, artwork, and restroom accessories
Flooring installation throughout the clinic, including preparation and transitions
Assistance with client furniture setup during project turnover
Final cleaning and site preparation to ensure a polished, client-ready environment
